Обязанности/Duties:
- to provide leadership to the members of the Maintenance Division at the oilfield; to lead the maintenance planning functions (SAP); to coordinate and control maintenance & inspection; lead the shutdown planning; to implement RCM, TPM.
Требования/Requirements:
- The candidate must have hands on experience in maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation), supervision of maintenance teams at site, with minimum 5 years supervisory position.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical (Electrical or Industrial Engineer).
- Skills to implement the maintenance philosophy, i.e. RCM, TPM. Fluent English.
Условия/Conditions:
- Rotation 28/28, only for Kazakhstan residents.
